Effective July 26, 2026. This policy covers the ABC7 website and mobile applications, including public tools, games, customer accounts, billing records, and support services.
When you create an account, we process your name, email address, language and theme preferences, account activity, and security events. If you choose Google or Apple sign-in, we receive the verified account identifier and profile fields that provider shares. ABC7 never receives your Google or Apple password.
ABC7 stores order, invoice, subscription, tax, and payment-status records needed to provide purchases and meet accounting obligations. ABC7 does not store full card numbers or card security codes; an enabled payment provider handles payment credentials. Support ticket bodies are protected with application encryption, while ticket routing fields are available to authorized support staff.
We use encrypted transport, access controls, rate limits, and application encryption for selected identity and support fields. IP addresses and user-agent values used in analytics and account security logs are stored as keyed hashes rather than raw values. No security measure can guarantee that a service will never be compromised.
Raw internal analytics are normally removed after 90 days, account security events after 365 days, and expired or revoked app sessions after a further 30 days. You can export your account data or request account deletion from Security and privacy. Deletion removes the customer profile, linked sign-in identities, and owned support tickets; paid order and invoice records may be retained without the user link for up to 10 years when required for accounting or legal obligations.
ABC7 uses infrastructure providers to host and protect the service and may use Google, Apple, advertising, email, or payment providers only for the features that are enabled. Their processing is also governed by their own policies. You can change cookie choices, disconnect optional sign-in providers when another sign-in method remains, export your data, delete your account, or contact ABC7 with a privacy request.
ABC7 tools are designed to avoid storing private values such as dates, prices, text pasted into a word counter, or calculator entries. Tool calculations run in the browser whenever possible.
We collect privacy-safe internal analytics such as page views, event type, language, country, device type, and referrer domain. We do not store raw IP addresses in analytics records.
ABC7 may use Google AdSense. Advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies and browser settings.
If you submit the contact form, we store the information you choose to send so the site owner can review and respond.
When Google AdSense is used on ABC7, Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar identifiers to serve, measure, and improve ads. You can learn how Google uses data on partner sites at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and manage ad personalization in your Google or browser settings.
ABC7 provides a privacy choices panel for essential storage, analytics, and advertising. Essential storage supports language, theme, and basic security. Analytics and advertising are optional choices that can be changed from the Privacy choices link in the footer.
For visitors in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, personalized ads require a Google-certified consent management platform when enabled through AdSense. ABC7 keeps a consent layer on the site and should use a certified CMP for personalized ads in those regions.
